Provenance rules

Jobably’s tailoring runs under one hard rule:

Every figure in a tailored resume — every dollar amount, percentage, headcount, and large number — must exist verbatim in your master resume or accomplishment bank.

Not paraphrased. Not recalculated. Verbatim.

How it’s enforced

After generation, the draft is checked mechanically. Any figure that cannot be traced to your documents rejects the draft — it is regenerated, and you never see the fabricated version. This is a code-level guard, not a prompt instruction the model might ignore.

Gaps are surfaced, not papered over

If a posting wants something your history doesn’t evidence, the tailored output lists it as a gap instead of writing around it. Gaps are useful — you can address them in a cover note or prepare for them in the interview. An invented claim, discovered under one pointed follow-up question, ends the interview.

Feed the bank

The accomplishment bank (Profile page, one accomplishment per line, real figures included) is the guard’s whitelist alongside the master resume. The richer it is, the more the tailor can honestly say.
